ANOTHER STORE WAS CALLED TO GET A CITY OF CHICAGO CERTIFIED FOOD SERVICE MANAGER ON PREMISES AND HE ARRIVED AT 400PM. A CERTIFIED CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SERVICE MANAGER MUST ALWAYS BE PRESENT WHILE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE BEING PREPARED AND SERVED.
