Inspector note: The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OBSERVED ONE OF THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS WITH A BROKEN LID AND GARBAGE PILED UP ABOVE THE TOP OF THE GARBGAE DUMPSTER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE THE CONTAINER LID REPLACED AND TO HAVE ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP SO THAT GARBAGE DOES NOT OVERFLOW ABOVE THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
