    Inspector note: Improper hygienic practices. Observed female food handler changing trash bins at front counter, then taking the trash bags to the rear trash holding area. Food handlers then returned to front counter area and began to take customers orders at register and then handled food items, croissant, without washing hands. Food handler failed to washing hands properly between tasks. Informed the manager that proper hand washing is required between tasks whenever foods are prepared and or served. Manager corrected the violation during inspection. Critical violation #7-38-010 (A)
