    Inspector note: Observed employees washing pitchers with soap and water, rinsing, and then not sanitizing and no sanitizing solution was provided in a filled compartment of the three compartment sink. Instructed facility that all dishwashing in a three compartment sink must be done with compartments filled with water and one compartment with soap and another with appropriate sanitizing solution at the proper concentration level. Facility complied during inspection. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
