PERSON IN CHARGE WAS INFORMED DURING PREVIOUS INSPECTION THAT CDPH SUSPENSION SIGN SHALL NOT BE ALTERED, COVERED NOR REMOVED BY ANYONE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO SO.
