The 2nd exposed handsink located in the rear prep area 8' away from the front prep area has no drain line attached to it and is out of order, repair the sink so food handlers and dish washers in the rear prep areas have easy access to an exposed handsink. Supervisor notified, the front prep area handsink can be utilized until the other sink is repaired and reinspected on 1/21/11.
