Inspector note: OBSERVED OUSTSIDE DUMPSTER AREA NOT MAINTAINED CLEAN: FOUND THE DUMPSTER OVERFILLED WITH GARBAGE, UNABLE TO PROPERLY CLOSE LID. OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON THE GROUND SURFACE BELOW THE DUMPSTER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT DISPOSAL SERVICE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PICK UP DAYS OR AN ADDITIONAL DUMPSTER UNIT TO PROPERLY FIT ALL WASTE INSIDE THE DUMPSTERS. RECOMMENDED PUTTING A LOCK AND CHAIN AROUND DUMPSTER LID TO PREVENT INTRUDERS FROM RUMMAGING THROUGH DUMPSTER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
