Inspector note: FLOOR DRAIN UNDERNEATH 3 COMPARTMENT SINK NOT DRAINING PROPERLY. DRAIN STOPPED UP AND CLEAR WATER WITH RESIDUE THAT IS STUCK TO THE INSIDE OF DRAIN COMES OUT ON THE FLOOR WHEN WATER GOES THROUGH THE SINK. NO FOUL ODOR OBSERVED. MUST HAVE FLOOR DRAIN AS WELL AS GREASE TRAP THAT IS IN THE FLOOR NEAR THE DRAIN CLEANED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
