APPROXIMATELY 1.5 LBS LEAFY SPINACH, 1 LB COOKED EGGS, 1 LB FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE, 2 LBS VEGGIE PATTIES. NOTED TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 50-53F. ALL STORED INSIDE COLD HOLD UNIT IN FRONT PREP. INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD TCS FOODS AT 41F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES. PIC DISCARDED VOLUNTARILY DURING THIS TIME. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.

It was instructed to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize the mentioned areas, and eliminate the activity. This is a priority foundation violation. Citation has been issued.
