MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT THE GARBAGE AREA MUST BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES AND ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP MUST BE MADE TO PREVENT OVERFLOWING GARBAGE FROM THE CONTAINER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
