MECHANICAL WAREWASHING MACHINES SHALL HAVE TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES IN EACH WASH AND RINSE TANK AND AS THE WATER ENTERS THE HOT WATER SANITIZING FINAL RINSE MANIFOLD OR IN THE CHEMICAL SANITIZING SOLUTION TANK.
