ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO HANDLING FOOD OR AFTER HANDS HAVE BECOME CONTAMINATED. ALSO OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER USING BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS WHILE PREPARING A BEEF SANDWICH. THERE IS NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOOD. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-010(A)
