INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THEM. GREASE TRAP UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINKS ARE RUSTY. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT SAME. REPLACE ALL THE GASKETS AT THE WALK IN COOLERS AND WALK IN FREEZERS THE GASKETS ARE TORN AND SOME ARE MISSING.
