THE NORTH END MEAT SLICER HAS A CLEAR SECTION ON THE CARRIAGE THAT HAS FOOD BUILDUP THAT IS NOT BEING CLEANED OFF, DISASSEMBLE THE CARRIAGE AND WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE UNIT EVERY 4 HOURS OF USE. THE FISHCOOLER CONDENSER IS HALF BLOCKED WITH ICE, DEFROST THE UNIT AND CHECK IF THE DOOR GASKET SEALS TIGHT.
