OOH WEE TEA FOUND IN 32 OZ JUGS AND GALLON JUGS ON PREMISES BEING SOLD WITH NO LABELS ON THE BOTTLES, NO INVOICE AND NO WRITTEN VERIFICATION ON WHERE THE PRODUCT IS BEING MADE AND BOTTLED. MANAGER STATES THAT THE OWNER OF OOH WEE TEA IS LOCATED AT 1225 E 87TH STREET. INSTRUCTED THAT PRODUCT MUST NOT BE SOLD UNTIL ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET AND APPROVED BY CDPH AND IDPH. ALL PRODUCT TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AT THIS TIME. 16 32 OZ JUGS AND 6 GALLON JUGS TAGGED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005 (B).
