INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT OUTSIDE DUMPSTER AND GREASE CONTAINER MUST BE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED ALL THE TIMES AND OUTSIDE DUMPSTER LID MUST BE CLOSED ALL THE TIMES. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS 7-38-020. MANAGER ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO GO OUT AND CLEAN THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND CLOSED THE LID OF THE DUMPSTER DURING INSPECTION.
