    Official wording: Food Protected During Storage, Preparation, Display, Service And Transportation
    Inspector note: All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. A NEW AIR CONDITIONING DUCT IS BEING INSTALLED AT THE SAME TIME FOOD IS BEING PREPARED ABOVE THE FRONT KITCHEN COUNTER WITHOUT A BARRIER BETWEEN THE COOLERS AND PREP AREA. THE DUCT WORK WAS CEASED AT THIS TIME AND MAY NOT RESUME UNTIL A BARRIER IS PUT UP TO PROTECT THE FOOD IN SAID PREP AREA. PLATES AND BOWLS WITH CONSTRUCTION DUST INSIDE WERE TAKEN IN BACK TO THE DISH WASHER AND THE FOOD AND NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES WERE WIPED DOWN WITH A SANITIZING CLOTH.
