FACILITY MUST PROVIDE TILES IN MISSING AREAS TO ENUSRE ALL SURFACES ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. • OBSERVED DUSTY WALL IN BACK STORAGE AREA LOCATED NEAR BACK ENTRANCE. • UNNECESSARY ITEMS / NONFUNCTIONAL EQUIPMENT FOUND IN BACK STORAGE AREA NEAR REAR ENTRANCE. THE PREMISES SHALL BE FREE OF ITEMS UNNECESSARY TO THE OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT. THIS INCLUDES EQUIPMENT THAT IS NONFUNCTIONAL OR NO LONGER USED.
