THE DRYWALL IS ROUGH AND BROKEN AND THE CAVITY INSIDE THE DOOR FRAME IS EXPOSED. MUST REPAIR THE WALL/DOOR FRAME TO BE SMOOTH AND DURABLE. THE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES HAVE BEEN REPLACED.
