APPROXIMATELY 20 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON THE WALLS OF THE BASEMENT PREP AREA/ONION,POTATO STORAGE BINS,EMPLOYEE LOCKER ROOM(BASEMENT) ALSO FRONT DOUBLE DOORS NOT INSECT/RODENT PROOFED 1/4" MODE OF ENTRY AT SAID DOORS.MUST DETAIL CLEAN,SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS,CLEAN ALL FOOD DEBRIS SPLASHES ON WALLS/CEILINGS IN SAID AREA,MAKE FRONT DOORS TIGHT FITTING,PROVIDE LIDS FOR TRASH CANS TO CONTROL SAID PEST PROBLEM,MAINTAIN FLOORS DRY,PROVIDE PROPER STORAGE FOR PRODUCE STORED IN BINS(BASEMENT AREA),PEST CONTROL CO SERVICE NOW RECCOMENDED.REMOVE CLUTTERED CONDITIONS IN BASEMENT ELEVATE STORED ITEMS TO 6" OFF FLOOR/WALL FOR EASIER CLEANING.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
