NO LEAKING WAS OBSERVED FROM THE GREASE TRAP AT THIS TIME. MANAGER ON DUTY STATES THAT THE TRAP IS SCHEDULED FOR REPLACEMENT AND THE PIPE. SINK MUST BE WORKING PROPERLY FOR WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZING.
