Inspector note: THREE COMP SINK IS IN POOR REPAIR. OBSERVED LEAKING FROM PIPE UNDER THE SINK IN TWO PLACES AND GREASE TRAP HAS A HOLE IN IN. NO LEAKING WAS OBSERVED FROM THE GREASE TRAP AT THIS TIME. MANAGER ON DUTY STATES THAT THE TRAP IS SCHEDULED FOR REPLACEMENT AND THE PIPE. SINK MUST BE WORKING PROPERLY FOR WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZING.
