Inspector note: All surfaces, dishes, and glasses must be cleaned and sanitized because of flooding and back-up that occurred from plumbing issues. Found small amount of orange mold-like substance on lower interior of ice machine. Must remove, clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.

Found standing water in the following areas: in dining room in front of bar; entire area behind bar; in all hallways of kitchen; employee restroom; in area near ice machine; in area near electrical panels. Must detail clean and sanitize all floors and any equipment near the floors that were affected by the flooding.
