THEN HE TOOK OFF THE GLOVES WENT TO THE BACK, RETURNED TO FRONT PREP AREA AND GRAB SAME USED GLOVES AND BEGAN TO PUT THEM ON. I INSTRUCTED HIM TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS AND USE NEW GLOVES AND TO CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE ALL THE TIME. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-010(A)
