    Inspector note: POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES: OBSERVED OWNER TOUCHING READY TO EAT FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS. OBSERVED MALE FOOD HANDLER PUTTING ON GLOVES WITH OUT WASHING HIS HANDS. OBSERVED ANOTHER MALE EMPLOYEE WEARING GLOVES, RETRIEVE A WASH CLOTH FROM THE SANITIZER CONTAINER, WIPE DOWN A TABLE, PUT THE WASH CLOTH UP AND THEN BEGAN HANDLING FOOD WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. HE THEN WENT OVER TO THE HAND SINK AND RINSED HIS GLOVED HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY WASH HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON GLOVES, WHEN MULTI TASKING, HANDLING MONEY, TOUCHING THE BODY, ETC.
