    Inspector note: Observed excessive accumulation of black, slimy, mold like substance along the top of 3 compartment sink in rear prep, and on the walls in the corner (along the top of metal counter) near the dish machine. Must remove, clean and sanitize these area. Must re-grout areas where there is a gap between wall and tops of metal counters.
