• ⚠️Walls, Ceilings, Attached Equipment Constructed Per Code: Good Repair, Surfaces Clean And Dust-Less Cleaning Methods
  Inspector note: OBSERVED A DAMAGED CEILING SECTION IN THE LIQUOR ROOM LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT. MANAGER INFORMED A BEAM IS BEING INSTALLED IN THAT LOCATION, AND THE CEILING WAS DAMAGED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR. MUST REPAIR CEILING AFTER SUPPORT BEAM IS INSTALLED AND THE AREA MUST BE DETAIL CLEANDED AND SANITIZED. • A NEW WALL WAS INSTALLED BEHIND THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK; IN BETWEEN THE NEW WALL AND THE OLD WALL THERE IS A GAP THAT RUNS ALL THE WAY ACROOS THE EAST WALL IN THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL THE GAP TO PREVENT PEST/RODENT HARBORAGE TRAILS.
