Inspector note: (7-38-020) FOUND THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTER WITH GARBAGE PILED-UP HIGH, THAT THE LID IS NOT ABLE TO CLOSE. ALSO OBSERVED OVER 30-SMALL/FRUIT FLIES HOVERING AROUND THE FOOD PRODUCTS IN THE DUMPSTER & ON THE WALLS ENCLOSING THE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO KEEP GARBAGE BINS COVERED & MONITOR THIS AREA REGULARLY.
