    Inspector note: (7-38-030) OBSERVED 2-SMALL HOLES UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM OF MIDDLE SINK, AT THE BAR'S 3-COMP SINK, WHICH WAS LEAKING WATER CONTINOUSLY ONTO THE FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO FIX/REPLACE. All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health.
