LID IS COMPLETELY MISSING FROM DUMPSTER CREATING RODENT NUISANCE. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE MISSING DUMPSTER LID AND HAVE ALL LIDS RODENT PROOF, CLOSED AND TIGHT FITTING.
