  Inspector note: OBSERVED INADEQUATE WASTE AND SEWAGE WATER DISPOSAL FROM THE LOW-TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE. DISH MACHINE DRAIN WATER AND WASTEWATER WERE NOT PROPERLY DRAINING, RESULTING IN WASTEWATER BACKING UP THROUGH THE FLOOR DRAIN AND DISCHARGING ONTO THE FLOOR IN THE DISH AREA. THE DISH MACHINE WAS TAGGED AND INSTRUCTED NOT TO BE USED UNTIL THE DRAINAGE ISSUE IS CORRECTED AND THE EQUIPMENT IS REINSPECTED AND APPROVED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH (CDPH). PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
