(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: Please review with staff that the store needs to have hot water to wash hands and equipment. Going forward if the location has no hot water please close the store and have it repaired.

Capacity-Quantity and Availability (Pf)Inspector note: At this time location did not have any hot water at the hand sinks or the three bay. PIC will need to have this repaired and call the office to have me come out to reopen the store. PIC will need to provide paperwork from the plumber on what was fixed. Staff at this time stated that the water has been out since last Friday. PIC on the phone is going to call the landlord to have this repaired.
