Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: PIC provided an updated pest report. We spoke to the exterminator and they are coming back out tomorrow. They repaired a wall in the soda closet and used the spray foam around the piping. Please email the updated pest report after tomorrow inspection. If any other concerns come up after tomorrows pest inspection you will need to address the concerns.

Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity in the trash room and drain flies in the downstairs kitchen area. PIC was able to provide a pest report from 5-11-26 Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified. There are multiple recommendations on the pest report that need to be addressed. Clean sanitize and remove any pest droppings and clean out drains. Repair holes in the wall in the soda closet trash room and mop closet.
