Failed findings

  • Controlling Pests (C)
Inspector note: At today's inspection no evidence of pest droppings were observed. Spoke to the exterminator on the phone. He was due to come out 2 days ago and was not able to make the appointment. He stated he would be either tomorrow or Monday. The establishment has taken the corrective action to seal up around the wheelchair lift clean inside the lift and enclose a few holes that the exterminator had mentioned. The PIC reached out to a company to repair the lift a few days ago and again today. Please email over the schedule date and the updated pest report.

  • Controlling Pests (Pf)
Inspector note: At today's inspection no evidence of mice dropping were observed. PIC was able to provide 2 pest reports 7/29 and 8/13. Both pest reports mention the wheelchair lift. Please seal off all entries around the wheelchair lift and speak to your exterminator for some guidance on this issue. It looks to me that the rodents are coming in through there. PIC stated that the wheelchair lift is not working. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.
