    Inspector note: In kitchen inside toaster oven observed cooked beef slices. PIC states they had been cooked at around 10:00am today. Temped at 90F. Hold all cooked foods at 135F or above. In rice warmer PIC states the rice had been cooked the previous day and held overnight but could not verify that the rice was held at 135F when business was closed. Rice in rice warmer was discarded.
