  Inspector note: PIC did have a pest control report from 10-2025. That was the last one. Please have pest control come back as much as it takes to have this problem. A deep cleaning of all equipment walls and floors. Patch any holes you find. Be sure the bench seats in the dinning room are being checked. Please send me reports going forward. 12-5-25 PIC provided me with a pest control report from 11-30-25 Multiple catches repairs and cleaning noted on the report. PIC stated that pest control should be inspecting every 3 days and not showing up. Please have them come out as much as needed to address this issue. All repairs will need to be done also.
