Please do a deep cleaning and have them come back out. Please send all report to my email going forward until inspection has been closed out. Evidence of droppings along the walls in the basement.

Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C)Inspector note: Patch the floor on the cooking line. Replace the missing ceiling in the basement back room by electrical box.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Please clean the floor under and behind the cooking equipment refrigerators and the dishwasher in the kitchen. Also in the basement please clean along the walls and on wood molding. Behind the ice machine will need to be cleaned and the wall.
