    Inspector note: Dishmachine behind the bar and the dishmachine in the warewash area not working. Repair both machine and provide invoice. PIC was able to provide a receipt for the bar dishmachine. Waiting on part. PIC stated they came in a repaired the dish machine is the warewash area. The gauge is still reading 110 after running it a few times. Repair and make sure the detergent and Sanitizer are primed. Ensure the person repairing the dish machine shows the staff and PIC how it works. Observed the AC unit over the dishmachine is still dripping water. Contact the licensed company to repair the AC unit. Observed the freezer door still not closing properly and observed the 2 fans inside the freezer not working. Contact licensed company to repair the door and the condensor for the frost build up.
