    Inspector note: At the time of the inspection the 8 door refrigeration unit had all the doors open. The PIC stated that the compressor went and he had someone coming out to repair the refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit is at 70F. PIC stated he does not sell any dairy food items. Repair unit and provide an invoice from the licensed company.

    Inspector note: Evidence of mice droppings throughout the store. Under chip shelving candy shelving on the shelving where the cat litter is being stored in the area at the top of the stairs where the mop sink is located. Inside the bottom cabinets where the microwave is being stored in the back room where the trash is being stored. PIC was not able to provide pest report. Clean and sanitize floors/shelves to remove all new and old mice droppings. Contact licensed exterminator and provide an updated IPM report.

PIC stated that he used to use Republic but now he has a private person come by once a month to remove trash. Contact a licensed trash company to come out once a week to pick up the trash. Provide an invoice from a licensed trash company. Provide trash receptacles to store the trash properly.
