(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: Basement has flooded and affected hot water and damaged the furnace. Referred to ISD building. Spoke with DCJ by phone. Voluntary closure. Management self reported and ceased operations. Flooded area has been cleaned and disinfected by serv pro on site at the time of reinspection still awaiting final invoice. Spoke with Bill Solberg by phone who stated the businesses plumber and electrician need to contact ISD plumbing and electrical division to pull proper permits and assess the condition of wiring and plumbing in the basement. Crusher truck from Fenway Green destroyed and trucked away all adulterated foods damaged by flood in the basement. Provide final destination dump slip to ISD health. Hot water has been restored to business above 110F.
