Inspector note: In the closet in the basement below the stairs observed a trapped live small mouse and small rodent droppings on the floor of the closet. Pest control report from yesterday 6-1-2026 states there was no observed evidence and no activity but did recommend cleaning the floors of the closet of rodent droppings. Have your pest control operator perform a service for mice prior to the reinspection; the report should show no evidence no activity and any exclusionary recommendations should be executed; clean and sanitize the floor of the closet of droppings and remove the captured rodent.
