  • Clean Equipment & Utensils Storage
Inspector note: A clean and sanitized knife had been stored between the top edge of the three-basin sink and the rear wall of the kiosk. Whereas the rear of the sink and exterior wall are not routinely cleaned and sanitized and the two surfaces are subject to soil / splash and splatter the location is not appropriate for the storage of food contact utensils. The knife was removed cleaned sanitized and stored within the knife rack.
