Provide a detailed pest control report. 12-9-25 PIC will need to remove the cat from the basement. Provide a pest control report at pre-hearing inspection

Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C)Inspector note: In kitchen by grease trap a hole in the tile wall will need to be repaired. In basement over by the walk in under the steps a large hole in the foundation will need to be addressed. Any other holes in the foundation will need to be filled. 12-9-25 PIC will need to patch the hole in the wall to the left of the grase trap and hole in wall in basement to the left of the walk in.
