Wire shelf in back room by walk ins will need some repair and have pest control monitor. 6-7-23 At this time found wall behind wire shelf by walk not to be repaired yet. PIC stated that it will be address ASAP

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Please clean the floor under and behind the shelves refrigeration equipment sinks and cooking line. Visibly soiled with dropping and some debris. 6-7-23 As discussed PIC will need to clean the floor and ledge behind shelves and arounf water pipes in warewashing room. Please discusse with pest control to provide note on repairs that should be done while he is putting traps out.
