Following a phone conversation with Principle Inspector Diane Chalifoux Judge the products were removed from the retail area and an embargo was placed on the products. Per the PIC the products will no be sold and will be returned to the company where they were purchased. The owner will provide the Health Department documentation of the return of the products.
