PIC instructed to discontinue serving the implicated item. Clean/sanitize the machine have item re-tested forward results to the Health Department for review. PIC stating that the machine is cleaned weekly Upon re-inspection on 10.26.23 the bacterial counts were still not in compliance. Discussed with the owner to clean again and re-test Forward results to the Health Division
