Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C)Inspector note: Employee observed using broom used for the kitchen floor to wipe the tops of the coffin style freezer. Discontinue to enusre no contamination from the broom. Employee observed rinsing bowl in the 3 bay sink without properly washing rinsing and sanitizing. Address and ensure all staff have been properly trained on how to set up and use the 3 compartment sink for the re-inspection.

(B) and (C) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces Nonfood-Contact Surfaces and Utensils (C)Inspector note: Interior of the single door upright Kenmore freezer with excess frost build-up. Defrost and clean to remove. Unit was functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Fan cover to the Polar (True) refrigeration unit at th efront service area with excess dust build-up. Clean to reomve.

System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: At the time of the inspection the hot water tank was not functioning properly. The owner of the establishment was aware of the situation and has a service call in for the repairs to be made. Employees are still able to wash rinse and sanitize equipment effectively and are capable of washing hands while waiting for the repairs to be made. Pipe under the hand sink has a slow leak. Address and make any necessary repairs.
