    Inspector note: PIC will have to have a professional cleaning company clean product in back storage area (drinks only) and in retail area of any debris. Damage was contained to back hall. Retail had mostly a bad smoke smell. PIC will voluntary discard thre boxes of chips and one container of flour. Clean and sanitize all shelves in retail area.

Walls and ceiling around door in back hallway will need to be replace from water damage. All other walls will need to be inspected cleaned or replace.
