Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Evidence of mice infestation throughout the store droppings under shelves and odors. Loading dock area with heavy odors and several droppings. 1 dead mouse observed in the back storage room / all food has been removed from shelves and discontinued food sales until further notice. Remove all dog and cat food as well. Orkin is now providing extermintations at least once per week no IPM reports available. Provide exterminations no less than 1x per week until further notice / Remove all droppings and provide a deep clean throughout the store.
