Inspector note: Hood filters need to be cleaned. Hood sticker expired May 2020. Have hood cleaned ASAP. Or BFD will need to be informed. Hod filters have been cleaned but the best they can do to get the hood cleaned will be Sept10th. I asked them to call again and that BFD will be informed.

Clean all wheeled carts used in bach room that are visibly soiled replace ones that are broken. Clean prep tables in kitchen area and remove tin foil from bottom shelves. Must be a smooth durable surface.

Inspector note: Clean walls ceiling and floor in walk in refrigerators Clean floor under and behind all cooking equipment and shelves in kitchen and walk ins. Clean walls in restrooms by hand dryer. By cleaning the floor more often this will help with fruit fly issue.
