Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: Hood filters need to be cleaned. Hood sticker expired May 2020. Have hood cleaned ASAP. Or BFD will need to be informed. Hod filters have been cleaned but the best they can do to get the hood cleaned will be Sept10th. I asked them to call again and that BFD will be informed.

Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Clean all shelves in kitchen prep. Clean wooden boxes on retail floor more often to help with fruit flies. Clean all wheeled carts used in bach room that are visibly soiled replace ones that are broken. Clean prep tables in kitchen area and remove tin foil from bottom shelves. Must be a smooth durable surface.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: Clean walls ceiling and floor in walk in refrigerators Clean floor under and behind all cooking equipment and shelves in kitchen and walk ins. Clean walls in restrooms by hand dryer. By cleaning the floor more often this will help with fruit fly issue.
