Controlling Pests (Pf)

Inspector note: PIC will need to clean up old mouse droppings under and behind equipment in kitchen. PIC has pest control coming twice a month. Please see about having them come each week and have a staff member check them each day and report that to pest control. Please check reports and make any repairs noted. Also general cleaning each day will help. 12-12-24 At this time owner was not at location. PIC did not have a copy of the pest control report. Please email me the last two and any going forward. I will be back out next week to check again. Please continue to clean. Review the reports and make any repairs noted.

Inspector note: Food preperation sink with no air gap in drain. Consult a licensed plumber. Install. 11-22-24 At this time the PIC stated that the plumber had a sickness in the family and had to go out of state. He said that he will be back Monday and will have the work done. As discussed with the PIC going forward repairs need to be done in a timely fashion. Please besure to follow up with him to get the woork done.
